Company History


In 1950 Badger Precision Spring, Inc. was originally founded as Harvey Spring and Stamping Corporation in Chicago, Illinois. In 1970 Harvey Spring and Stamping moved to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and in 1983, Harold Armstrong, along with his wife Christine, bought the company and renamed the company Badger Precision Spring, Inc. In 1985 the company moved to its present location in Genoa City, Wisconsin. Located 45 miles southwest of Milwaukee, WI - 65 miles northwest of Chicago, IL - 60 miles southeast of Madison, WI.
